And she spoke to all of us, walked around our home, filled out papework and checked what we had already written. Our portion of the homestudy is DONE!!! As soon as her part is done, we can send it off to USCIS and get a federal fingerprint appt, then finish compiling documents for our dossier, submit all of that to Dashlyn's country, and wait for a travel date! I know it sounds like a lot, but after all the stuff we did to complete the homestudy, this feels like we're getting close to traveling! Oh my. So exciting. And scary. Time to get a few more things done so we can hurry up and wait. :D
One step closer! How wonderful! I have a favor to ask you... Although we would love to adopt through Reece's Rainbow, we are not financially able to. I'm on a mission to help bring as many of these angels home as possible! I have started a new fund raising campaign that does not require people to donate money - you can see more info at:

100 percent of the profits from this effort will be given to Reece's Rainbow to help people just like you to bring home your beautiful babies!! Can you help me spread the word??
That's a big step! I can't wait to see her in your arms!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the comment and your prayers...it has been very difficult dealing with this.
ReplyDeleteYour Dashlyn is precious, I can't wait to see her home with her family!
